• My house feels humid even when the AC runs — can you fix that?+
  Yes. In SW Florida humidity is its own problem — usually a combination of an oversized AC, leaky ducts, and no dedicated dehumidification. We diagnose the load, then specify MERV-13 filtration, UV-C on the coil, and a ducted dehumidifier sized to your home. Comfort and mold risk both drop measurably.
• What does a service call cost?+
  Standard residential diagnostic is $99. After-hours and weekend rates differ — call for pricing. Repair work is billed flat-rate per task and you get a written quote before any work begins — no surprises, no upsells.
